  Archerfield will run the programme together with Edinburgh College
  Chef Joe Queen, who is on the Board of Springboard Scotland as well as was awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award from HIT Scotland, takes on the role of the programme's Development Master Chef
  It will be a fully accredited city and guilds course giving the right candidates an accreditation after successfully completing the course
