Tourism and Hospitality Talent Development Programme

Right now you can still apply for the final stage of the Tourism and Hospitality Talent Development Programme. 

There are 380 places available for a round of one-day courses in Leadership, Performance or Engagement taking place in May and June

Keep in mind that the application closes at Midnight Sunday 1st May 2022!

Here are the four available courses:

• Extraordinary Leadership - Building Trust and Developing Resilience
• Extraordinary Leadership - Conflict Resolution
• Extraordinary Performance - Getting Things Done
• Extraordinary Engagement - Developing a Coaching Culture

Thanks to the Scottish Government’s National Transition Training Fund, the courses are available to anyone working within the Scottish hospitality or tourism sectors that meet the eligibility criteria. 

This is the second phase of a series of courses in supervisory, management and leadership skills that took place earlier this year. Moreover, all the courses are designed to aid the industry and the employees to support their development post pandemic as much as possible. 

Application is only open until midnight on 01/05/22.
