Food & Beverage Supervisor

Hilton is the world's most recognised hospitality brand and the largest upscale hotel operator in Greater London.  We have a fantastic opportunity for a Breakfast Supervisor to join our team at the Doubletree by Hilton London Kensington, a prestigious 4-star property in bustling Kensington.

As Breakfast Supervisor, your passion for presentation and dedication to delivering flavour will complete each guest's experience. By taking pride in your workspace and keeping your standards high you'll ensure each guest a memorable breakfast at our hotel. You will also serve food to our guests in the restaurant.

Your day-to-day

• Supervise the setup and service for restaurant/bar/meeting rooms.
• You will be the face of the outlet, communicating with the kitchen and the guests alike ensuring a smooth and memorable experience
• Have a visible presence within the outlet to ensure that all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively and points learned from complaints are used to enhance future customer service.
• Manage, lead and coach the team 
• Deal with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
• Ensure all products are served according to Hilton standards;
• Ensure the breakfast areas are maintained in a clean and orderly manner at all times;
• Clear guest tables, and restock condiments and cutlery ensuring supplies never run short
• Ensure accurate billing
• Ensuring a high standard of personal hygiene and personal presentation at all times.
• Work in a safe and tidy manner and report any hazard, accident, loss or damage to management.

What we need from you

• Previous supervisory experience in branded food & beverage outlet
• Complaint handling skills
• Good presentation and appearance
• Excellent verbal communication Skills
• Customer care skills
• Working in a team
• Flexible working shifts
• Willing to multi-skill and support other areas of the hotel
