Wagamama Founder Alan Yau to Open Sando Bar

Alan Yau, the founder of Wagamama, has teamed up with mozzarella bar Obicà to open an Italian-Japanese sando shop.
Mozzasando, the new restaurant, will open in the former Obicà site in South Kensington on the 20th of January 2020.
The restaurant will offer sandos based on breaded chicken and veal Milanese, chilli fries with beef ragu and nduja sauce and negronis on tap. The sandos will be priced at £7.50, and consumers can eat in the 32-cover restaurant, or takeaway.
Yau is also planning to open three more Asian gastronomy sites in London next year.
