Six by Nico makes 10 restaurants with Aberdeen opening

Union Street's new restaurant is the first in the north east of Scotland that chef Nico Simeone's rejuvenated restaurant, bringing to the former Topolabamba.
Simeone and his team will reinvent the culinary experience every six weeks and host a new six-course degustation menu every few weeks, held at a different "place, memory, or idea".
Simeone launched the first Six by Nico in Finnieston, Glasgow, in 2017 and has set about opening his next branch in Edinburgh in 2018.
Union Street's new restaurant, which will take over the former Topolabamba restaurant areas, was Nico Simeone's first in the North East of Scotland.
The company is now planning to spread the brand around the UK.
