Original Byron London Restaurant to Trial a Redesign and Brunch

Byron are using their original London site to test a few things for their brand redesign, which includes a new logo, its first ever brunch menu and new seating arrangements with soft seating and communal tables. If successful, these elements will be rolled out across all 52 remaining restaurants from January 2020.
Having hired Sophie Michell, a chef and food writer, as the food and drink director 6 weeks ago, they have seen new changes beginning with skin-on fries with a “unique” salt flavouring this October, and a huge menu overhaul in February next year.
