London Town Group competes with Cycas Hospitality to manage its three Paddington hotels

Hotel Management company Cycas Hospitality announces the signing of a contract for the operation of the upper-end boutique hotels portfolio of London Town Group for the capital city of London.

The agreement stipulates that the Cycas portfolio will include its first two Mercure hotels, which are owned by Accor.

While the 72-bedroom Mercure London Hyde Park, housed into a Grade II listed building, recently completed a £room million renovation, the 86-bedroom Mercure London Paddington is due to go fully into renovation next year.

As part of this major work, Cycas will upgrade its food and drink facilities on the ground floor and will turn its top floor into Roof Bar.

S-branded, the 64 bed Hotel Indigo London Paddington will become the first Indigo to be located in London and the second in the UK.

All three hotels offer a wide range of dining, meeting facilities and cutting-edge fitness centres, all within walking distance of Hyde Park and Paddington Station-facilities which will be made even better next year by the launch of Crossrail and the Elizabeth Line.

Cycas has made Tanja Furby Managing Director for the three London hotels in the group.

As an experienced operator with a broad range of leading hotel brands, Tanya's commercial skills, leadership skills and local knowledge will help Cycas maximise each house's client selection.
