First Permanent Orange Buffalo Restaurant to Open Next Month

Orange Buffalo, a street food chicken brand, is to open its first permanent restaurant next month in Tooting. Starting out as a food truck in Shoreditch’s Truman Brewery in 2012, plans to become more established have gone way after increasing in popularity.
The site will feature a big menu with burgers and wings, including a serving of house-made sauces including the popular The Original, which is made with Dutch chillies, Woof Woof, made with scotch bonnets, naga and K-Town.
They will also be offering the Orange Buffalo’s Snake in a Basket wing roulette dish, which features 7 wings, one of them being the Viper Wing with a 1m+ scoville rating, accompanied with a disclaimer that customers must sign when ordering the dish.
