Whitekirk Hill

Description

The original incarnation of our home here at Whitekirk Hill, situated in the North East corner of Whitekirk village, was as a golf course and members clubhouse.
Opening in 1995 Whitekirk Golf Club was renowned for its challenging 18 hole course and its striking location. The golf club ceased trading in 2016 and the unoccupied clubhouse fell into a desperate state of disrepair.
Purchased by the local Whitekirk Hill group in 2017 ambitious plans were launched to create the unique facility you find here today.

The building reopened its doors in November 2019 having been extensively renovated and restructured, creating a modern family friendly lifestyle hub.
Our contemporary building is now home to the Orangery café & Terrace, a bespoke indoor children’s play area, private leisure facility, boutique spa and contemporary event space.

AND we are not finish yet!
New for 2021 Whitekirk Hill will be extending our events packages to host weddings and also inviting you to stay with us up here on the hill in our luxury eco lodges.

The estate encompasses 160 acres of mature woodland, open grassland, ponds and elevated vistas.
Making the most of our fantastic central location, only 28 miles from Edinburgh, and in the heart of the East Lothian countryside the next chapter for Whitekirk Hill promises to be spectacular and exciting.
Our lodges have been created by our wonderful team to reflect what is important to us as a business, environmental consciousness at the heart of its design, with no compromise to luxury.
