Training and Development

Upon joining Luxury Family Hotels you will receive an individual and bespoke career progression pathway allowing you to see how you are able to climb the career ladder.

Our new Luxury Family Leadership program has been developed with  a specific focus on our managerial workforce; a bespoke four part training program implemented for Heads of Department in order to give them the tools and expertise they need to lead our teams.  

We also launched our Future Leaders Course, in partnership with Umbrella Training. This specialised Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship has been designed to develop outstanding team leaders and hospitality supervisors, acquiring the skills and knowledge needed to be a role model in our organisation at this level.

We know that our people are our most valued asset – whilst other companies in this Industry have reduced their training programs due the difficulties faced over the last 2 years, we are, as ever, fully committed to developing competent, knowledgeable and high performing teams who are flexible, creative, confident and efficient.
