Today our wonderful hotel has 78 bedrooms and recently undertaken a multi-million pound development.

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

A dedicated online training package provided by FLOW Training helps you to learn the basics whilst we support you to deliver brilliance. 

We have a dedicated SVQ partnership enabling you to gain formal qualifications as your career progresses. 

We also provide company-funded Chartered Institute courses and professional qualifications (training contracts applicable).

Our New Apprenticeship Programme helps develop and nurture the next generation of highly skilled and talented colleagues. Follow the Modern Apprenticeship in Hospitality Services framework and spend six months in key departments; housekeeping, food & beverage, kitchen, and reception over two years.
