A unique opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to be part of developing a contemporary kitchen with Michelin Star Chef Mark Poynton

We are seeking a Sous Chef that is creative, composed, committed and very well organised to join and lead their team - and only a 3.5 day week !!!!

As a Sous Chef , you will need to have creative flair and Be PassionateThursday to Saturday lunch and dinner - Sunday lunch only with occasional private events on Wednesdays.

Working with a small team you will need to be confident in running the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.

Sous chef opportunity:

Ideally3+ years experience in a kitchen environment,
Experience in all sections of the kitchen and ability to supervise and train jnr chefs
A team player, with an adaptable and flexible approach to work
A passionate and hard-working individual
Relevant qualification in Culinary Arts would be highly desirable
Good working knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety regulations
