The Job
As a vital member of our client's bustling Self Catering Team, you'll hold one of the most crucial roles in the business – ensuring our guests enjoy a restful night's sleep! With a strong work ethic and dedication to delivering exceptional customer service, you'll maintain the impeccable cleanliness and comfort of our client's beautiful bedrooms and public areas, consistently achieving the highest standards. Our client aims to exceed expectations, and they believe everyone plays a role in achieving this goal. You’ll dust, hoover, clean bathrooms and kitchens, make beds, and pay attention to all the little touches that make a difference and ‘wow’ your guests during their stay. In addition to taking pride in keeping the accommodation spotless, you'll also provide friendly and welcoming service to all guests, contributing to their overall satisfaction and ensuring they leave 'wowed' by their experience.
