A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR AT WOTTON HOUSE HOTEL

What you'll be doing...

Reporting to the Chief Engineer you can expect your working day to include the following.

- preventive maintenance

- reactive maintenance

- Health & Safety

- painting

- decorating

- plumbing

- carpentry & electrical works

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

To succeed in the role of Maintenance Assistant you will need the following qualities and skills.

• Reliable
• Well presented, has a good command of the English language and is a good communicator
• Show flexibility and have a logical and practical approach to problem solving
• Be able to communicate well with guests and team members, being a team player and have a desire to deliver great customer service
• Ability to work in shifts as part of the maintenance department operation
• Have a positive "can do" attitude, be willing to learn and demonstrate that you care about the that work you do and complete a quality result
