Zachary Daniels are excited to be once again partnering with an amazing global business who have exciting growth plans. We are seeking a driven and passionate Logistics Supervisor. You will be responsible for managing all orders globally for your allocated category areas from the moment Purchase Orders are confirmed with the vendor, to when the boat/plane/truck leaves. You will ensure the relevant transportation method is booked and all documentation for import is checked, confirmed, and shared with the freight forwarder

The ideal candidate will be a head office based logistics specialist who has ideally worked within the fashion or retail industry.

The role as Logistics Supervisor:

• Line management of Logistics executives
• Monitor, leverage and improve Performance KPI's to maximize service & drive business decisions.
• Ensure quality, on-time relevant information is in place to ensure transparency and visibility for internal partners.
• Weekly scheduled call with Imports team to review factory reports for upcoming shipments and ensure bookings are placed and confirmed accordingly.
• Work collaboratively with Market Place Operations and Logistics Inbound to ensure that freight bookings are prioritised accordingly in relation to customers and clubs.
• Provide weekly updates on status of bookings to Logistics Inbound sharing relevant packing lists and information.
• Update, monitor and maintain internal WMS with key data (Air/Sea dates) once purchase orders are shipped.
• Deliver Customer Service perfection through quick response time via email/phone availability to questions, complaints, and ad-hoc requests, according to our service strategy.Drive continuous process improvement & support operational partners.

The ideal Logistics Supervisor candidate will have:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of proficiency with MS Office, including Microsoft Excel spreadsheets/ tableau and digital CRM tools
• Understanding of Retail, Digital and FMCG/Fashion Industry preferred
• Understanding of Integrated Business Planning preferred
• Experience with Odoo ERP system preferred
• Experience managing direct report(s)

• The salary offered is between £30k - £35k
