BRIEF OVERVIEW OF DUTIES:
As part of the Food & Beverage Team, you will be integral in providing high end, personalised and memorable experiences for all our guests.
- You will be responsible for the day to day running of the pot wash and dishwasher areas of the kitchen.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen area.
- Ensure all equipment is stored correctly and allocated to the designated areas.
- Helping with the unloading and putting away of deliveries.
- Helping with food preparation task (such as peeling and chopping vegetables).
- You will be required to help with the food running, when busy.
- Ensure all Health and Safety legislation and procedures are adhered to; this will involve appropriate training

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
- Experience in the hospitality industry would be a bonus, but not essential.
- High Standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
- Flexibility with shift times/availability.
