A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GUEST SERVICE SUPERVISOR AT HIEX MANCHESTER AIRPORT

What you'll be doing...

Reporting to the Deputy Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.

  • Acting as Duty Manager and ensuring the highest levels of customer service on shift at all times
  • Working across all depts you will have a range of skills in terms of both working in reception and food & beverage.
  • Managing the team on duty and assigning roles for the shift
  • Ensuring the safety and security of the hotel during your shift eg; fire evacuations.

  • Excellent guest service skills - putting the guest at the heart of everything you do
  • Be able to multi task and priotise during busy periods for both yourself and the team
