General Manager Rewards:
The successful General Manager will be offered a competitive salary of £45,000, plus tronc, plus bonus and additional company benefits. A total package of circa £50k+ awaits the next superstar.

Our client, a prestigious Bar and Restaurant Group has an exciting opportunity for a high-volume Venue General Manager to manage a busy iconic unit in the heart of Edinburgh. This role has arisen due to the continued success of the group which has recently gone through expansion. The property is an extremely popular destination for locals and tourists alike and is situated in a prime location in the heart of Edinburgh's city centre
The Job:
Taking responsibility and overseeing all food & beverage operations within this location, you will lead from the front and be the pivotal General Manager of this unique location. As General Manager, you’ll train, develop and motivate the team; improving and maintaining standards to ensure the guest’s needs are met and exceeded. Working closely with your DGM and team you will ideally be from an F&B hands-on background and not be adverse to a fast-paced high customer turnover environment.
The Person:
Previous experience working and developing licensed businesses in high-volume and quality venues is essential. You will be experienced in either hotel, catering or preferably a restaurant business, be proactive in generating and driving sales, and be inspirational to your team. You will also ensure compliance with all Licensing and Health & Safety Legislation is adhered to.
