A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD & BEVERAGE TEAM MEMBER AT THE CROWN HOTEL
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager this role will involve serving food & beverage in one of our many outlets, It may involve breakfast and dinner in Churchills Restaurant, at an event such as a wedding reception, serving afternoon tea's or a shift in Five Shillings Brasserie. You may be asked to work on the hotel bar or one one of our function bars.

To succeed in the role of Food & Beverage Team Member, you will need the following qualities and skills.

Previous experience would be great ideally bar work.
