A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A F&B TEAM MEMBER AT CROWNE PLAZA READING
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.
- To assist colleagues and other members of staff to create teamwork and quality service through communication.
- To adopt a can do' attitude towards all aspects of customer service through a proactive and flexible approach to meeting customer needs
- The successful applicant for this role will deliver excellent customer. service, have a positive can do' attitude, be willing to learn and show that they care.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

To succeed in the role of F&B Team Member, you will need the following qualities and skills.
Successful candidates will be working 5 days, 8 hours per shift, either AM or PM shifts within Bar, Restaurant & Meetings / Events.
