A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD & BEVERAGE OPERATIONS MANAGER AT THE PRINCIPAL YORK
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Head of Food & Beverage, working alongside two other Food & Beverage Operations Managers.
Responsible and accountable for leading all aspects of the Food and Beverage operation across the hotel, including, Refectory Restaurant, Chapter House Bar and Garden Room.
Responsible and accountable for recruitment, induction, managing & training of the team, including the Supervisors & hosts.
Responsible and accountable for delivering coaching and training to your team to ensure the highest of standards are delivered and guest expectation is consistently exceeded. Accountable for fulfilling the daily check lists in place in all outlets

To succeed in the role of Food & Beverage Manager, you will need the following qualities and skills.
Experince of supporting a team
Be able to roster and plan
Experience in ordering and costing
Experience in training and coaching
Experience in hospitality and food and beverage
