Job Description

Our client, a leading luxury brand is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Due to growth, our client is looking to add a Customer Service Manager to their team to oversee the team of Customer Service Advisors, providing leadership, direction and motivation to the team whilst also acting as an escalation point for customer queries and complaints.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Customer Service Manager, managing teams whilst also maintaining a hand in the day-to-day role of customer service. Any experience of working with high-profile or luxury brands would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

- Help and support members of the team to build excellent customer relations

- Monitor team performance

- Ensure quality of communication with customers and the team is always at a high standard

- Hold regular team meetings

- Ensure the morale of the team is maintained whilst making sure targets and SLAs are met

- Provide training to the team to develop team members

- Provide weekly reports of the department activity

You will have previous experience leading a Customer Service team whilst also being in a 'hands-on' role, dealing with customers and acting as an escalation point.
