A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CHEF DE PARTIE AT THAMES RIVIERA HOTEL, MAIDENHEAD
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.
- Culinary Leadership: Under the example of the Kitchen Manager you will be part of a kitchen team, setting high culinary standards and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Quality Control: Maintain strict quality control measures in food preparation, presentation, and service to consistently meet and exceed guest expectations.
- Cost Control: Manage kitchen expenses and inventory, including food and labour costs, to ensure budget compliance while maintaining quality.
- Health and Safety: Uphold the highest standards of food safety and sanitation, complying with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Innovation: Drive innovation in the kitchen by introducing new cooking techniques, concepts, and seasonal dishes to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
