The Job:

Joining our client's food and beverage team offers an engaging, friendly, and dynamic work environment. Whether you're serving guests in the restaurant or bar, the role entails dedicated service and the opportunity to be part of a motivated team. Previous bar experience is essential. On top of that you should have a great knowledge and passion for beers and spirits and be enthusiastic to push the standards higher than ever. You will help to host a variety of events for our clients’ team members and promote the social club as “the place to be”.

The Place:

Pretty much in the centre of Scotland, our clients premises are set in a 900acre estate in stunning Perthshire. They have been welcoming generations of families for 150 years. With 215 hotel bedrooms, 55 self-catering lodges, six restaurants and over 60 onsite activities– there really is something for everyone! Joining our client's food and beverage team guarantees you a welcoming, fast-paced, and engaging experience. Their bustling 60-seater restaurant and lounge bar are favoured by hotel guests and locals alike.

The Person:

  • Possesses prior experience in a similar role, our client recognises valuable work experience.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in thriving within a fast-paced bar environment, consistently upholding service excellence even amidst pressure.
  • Exhibits a genuine passion for hospitality, complemented by a genuine smile and unwavering dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction, all of which are essential qualities for this position.
