City Centre Based - Independent owner

£35k+ package - Plans for growth

The Place

Xpress is delighted to be working with a privately owned operator based in Edinburgh on a new project reopening in May and you as the overall Manager will be brought in to help make it a success.

  

The Job 

As overall Manager, you will be the nucleus of this exciting property and will excel in being that formidable host to all of the luxury end customers that this small but high-end business will attract. No F&B headaches as this place as it will be accommodation only so it will be all about the customer, that extra touch and controlling/driving revenue through its associated booking platform with a big emphasis on social media.

 

The Person

The successful candidate will be 100% hospitable, worked in a similar style of role and be very hands-on when needed, preferably from another accommodation-led set-up. No live-in accommodation is available for this role.
