  Plans for a groundbreaking new London skyscraper named "The Trellis" have been revealed, aiming to stand tall alongside The Shard as one of Europe's most prominent structures
  Officially called 1 Undershaft, this 73-storey behemoth will reach a height of 309.6 meters and demolish St Helen's Tower in the City to make way for it.
  Neighbouring famous landmarks such as the Gherkin and Cheesegrater, The Trellis will boast multiple roof gardens, retail spaces, and restaurants, including a public viewing gallery.

  DRG Hospitality Group Expands Southward: New Venues in Newcastle and London

  Following a successful year marked by growth and recovery, the Scotland-based hospitality group, DRG, is planning to expand its footprint south of the border.
  
  Co-founder Mario Gizzi disclosed that DRG is currently scouting for potential sites to open a second Cafe Andaluz in Newcastle and their first venue in London.
  
  A remarkable increase of 10% in overall sales was recorded by DRG during the previous December at all its 17 venues located in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, and Newcastle.

  In late 2021, DRG opened a third Cafe Andaluz in Edinburgh's upmarket Stockbridge area, which has already welcomed nearly 20,000 visitors.

  Since 2012, Montrose has been managed by the Radford family and their team, offering an intimate wine bar on the ground floor and a dining room upstairs, all conveniently located near Edinburgh's famous attractions such as Princes Street, Palace of Holyrood, and Scottish Parliament.

  The Glasgow Licensing Board has issued a tentative approval for Concrete Egg Ltd to run their business at 364 Great Western Road.
  Co-owners Paul Charalambous and Chris are set to invest approximately £150,000 in transforming the former Caravan Shop into their new business.

  A popular American fast food chain, renowned for its delicious fried chicken sandwiches, is planning to expand its presence in the UK.
  With over 4,000 establishments worldwide, Popeyes made its UK debut towards the end of 2021 and presently boasts over 36 outlets, among which are five drive-thrus and seven delivery kitchens.
  The chain announced it will open over 30 new sites across the country this year, with locations in Birmingham, Aberdeen, Swansea, and more.
