Sushi on Jones to Make UK Debut this March

London are getting a taste of what the Big Apple has to offer – and this time, it’s sushi.
This omakase bar (omakase: a meal consisting of dishes selected by the chef), Sushi on Jones, launched in New York’s NoHo in 2016, claiming to be the city’s first al fresco omakase bar. They offer 12-piece tastings in half an hour for under $60.
The site will open in London’s upcoming Good Ways food hall in King’s Cross, joining Pomelo, Breddos tacos and Duck Truck.
Good Way is backed by Ben Lovett, founding member of Mumford and Sons, and will offer an American style bar with a 600-cover music venue called Lafayette.
