S.Pellegrino and Food For Soul team up for a more sustainable future.

A new global partnership launched by the leading bottled water brand, S.Pellegrino, with the Food for Soul non-profit organization founded by Chef Massimo Bottura and Lara Gilmore.
The announcement marks the inauguration of an international project that S. Pellegrino intends to develop in association with Food for Soul and that will apply to different sectors as they integrate into the initiatives that will enrich the life of the communities with which the brand works.
A new global partnership is based on a common belief in the value of welcoming people and the potential for food to change people's lives for the better, and to bring about a shared value justice and cultural transformation.
Since Refettorio Ambrosiano opened its doors in Milan in 2015, founders Chef Massimo Bottura and Lara Gilmore have empowered and mobilized local communities to reduce food loss, waste and promote social inclusion.

Later Saturday, Mr Bottura and his staff will give young professionals invaluable operational advice on how to reduce waste in their their own restaurants and pubs.
Massimo Bottura will also open the training center in sustainability at the San Pellegrino Young Chef Academy with his live presentation about his No-Waste project, an evening webinar open to young chefs from the Academy.
