Nightcap Launches Bar Academy to Encourage Staff Retention

The Nightcap Bar Academy will be the focus of cross-group training both for new- and existing teams under the direction of its creative director JJ Goodman.

As the academy continues to expand throughout Britain, it is planned that it will act as a central hub for recruitment and retention.

Nightcap now has 34 venues under management with a further 22 in the making or continuing legal negotiations indicating growth.
