Ten Hill Place Hotel, operated by Surgeons Quarter, and owned by the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (RCSEd) is the latest effort in the industry and the dedicated staff that have endured the pandemic.

"Our Scotcation package provides guests with a two days stay equipped with a full range of additional amenities, which will help them explore the city to the fullest while boosting the revenue of our employees, who have suffered financially over the past year."

Hit Scotland is managed and supported by the very industry it serves, providing new opportunities for talent to grow and thrive through an inspiring scholarship programme.

Scott Mitchell, Surgeons Quarter executive director, said the hotel was meant to give back to one of the sectors most severely exposed to the Covid-nineteen pandemic and lockouts.

Scott Mitchell, Chief Executive at Surgeons Quarter, said: "With the hospitality sector reopening, we are eager to give something back to the industry which, like many, has had an extremely difficult and uncertain year.

David Cochrane MBE, chief executive for Scottish Health, said: "Hospitality has been hit hard by the pandemic, however we have faith that through innovative offerings like the Scotcation, we will bounce back stronger than ever.

This is made possible by assisting industry and through sponsoring fundraising events and outdoor challenges.
