A Milan-Based Vegan Burger Chain to Roll Out in UK

A Milan-based chain, Flower Burger, has signed a franchise agreement to roll out the brand in the UK, with the plan to open over 40 sites.
Flower Burger will work with Gerry’s Group, that operates multiple brands including the UK’s Wok to Walk franchise, based in London, to develop the business.
This partnership has been made by Seeds Consulting and will see over 40 Flower Burger sites open in key cities in the UK over the next decade.
The menu offers a variety of vegan burgers with in-house produced patties and are served in buns that have been dyed with natural ingredients, making them the perfect burgers for Instagram (because why not!)
The signature ‘Flower Burger’ burger features a seitan and red kidney bean patty in a black bun.
The brands aim is to change the perception on vegan food, showing that it can be fun and enjoyable with the colourful branding and décor, along with unique flavours produced by them.
