Springboard to 2022 is the hospitality industry’s solution to the government’s plan for jobs strategy, aiming to get 10,000 young people trained up and ready for work, pipelining them into the right roles at the right time over the next 18 months.

Springboard to 2022 has the backing of the Department of Work and Pensions, UK Hospitality, BII, BBPA, Skills Development Scotland and the Institute of Hospitality.
