Xpress are delighted to be working with one of our Prestigious Exclusivity Venues based within the stunning location of Alnwick Northumberland. During the last 18months our client has taken this time to invest and improve their Venue and facilities during the last 18 months our client has also made a property acquisition and it is owing to this extension and future development that they are now looking to appoint a new Venue Manager to help the existing management team grow and develop their brand and exclusivity offering
As “Venue Manager” you will be supported by an existing and growing team you will report into a Venue Cluster General Manager, and you will be totally responsible for the day to day management and set up of your luxury venue; The role will involved overseeing high end exclusivity VIP weddings along with Prestigious Events as well as small and large dining occasions. As Venue Manager you will work closely with the venue Head Chef to make sure that all client requests are carefully selected and compiled to make up the menus and the services that our clients are requesting for their occasion.
Ideally, we are looking to attract local individuals or indeed candidates that might well have decided over the last 18months that they want to relocate to a rural and tranquil Northumberland setting rather than perhaps go back to working in a large city venue environment ; With regards to the individual “Yes” our client would indeed be delighted to attract someone that perhaps has “ Large Venue Experience” However, given that this is a rural location and we do not have accommodation to support anyone ; Our client is open to Xpress working to identify candidates that have a sound hospitality background to date and can clearly demonstrate at this stage in the recruitment process what they could bring to the table in such an appointment
