Reporting to the Food and Beverage Controller, the scope of this role is the receipt, storage and supply and control of Food and Beverage resort wide.
Some of the key things you will be responsible for:
Receiving goods, recording and managing deliveries and safe storage
Distribution or requisitions
Distribution of beverage stock
Maintaining par stocks
Rotation of stock to control wastage
Stationary store ordering and requisition

TO BE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY YOU WILL ALSO NEED:
Previous experience in a similar role an advantage although not essential
Good IT skills, and conversant in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
UK Driving Licence
Physical fitness as considerable manual handling is involved
