The Exciting Opportunity

The role of Sales Manager at The Crown Hotel, contributes to RBH's goals and values by supporting the General Manager and wider RBH Sales Team with managing the sales activity for the hotel, along with social media activity across platforms. Part of the role is being an ambassador not just for The Crown Hotel but also for Harrogate. #iloveharrogate

Where Will You Be Working?

The Crown Hotel, Harrogate is over 300 years old and offers 115 guest rooms in luxurious surroundings. The building has a storied past and is full of character.
The hotel is located centrally in Harrogate, close to all the main tourist attractions, such as The Valley Gardens. The hotel boasts a beautiful oak-panelled dining room, and a number of lounges and bars for guests to enjoy.

What Are We Looking For?

We're looking for an individual who has #socialselling at the heart of what they do, to manage and develop the hotels growing social media platforms. A passion for Harrogate is key, as you will not only be an ambassador for The Crown Hotel but the town itself, by developing and growing links with clients old and new, #localnetworking. You will also manage client accounts. The role will involve travel to client meetings and sales events when these resume post Covid. A key element of the sales role is driving new conference & events business to the hotel. #weloveevents
