We have a unique opportunity for a Sales and Events Administrator to join our team.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Sales as a you will support and be part of a fun, highly driven Sales and Events team assisting your proactive sales colleagues and event planning team.

The scope of your role will be to provide administrative support to allow the team to secure group, meeting and events sales business and to effectively communicate around operational teams.

Examples of some key tasks you will provide administrative support for:

Proposals and quotations to group, conference and event enquiries
Design creative group schedules, menus, and itineries as required
On property site inspections.
Presentations to clients in person, webinars and over the phone if required.
Organising and hosting familiarisation trips
Sales research and blitz's
Client accounts and booking processes
Minuting meetings, briefings and project work
Producing reports and spreadsheets and general assistance to the team

TO BE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY YOU WILL ALSO NEED:

A strong background in an administrative role and customer service experience preferred
To be professional, self-motivated, positive and creative
Strong Interpersonal skills, with a high standard of written and verbal communication.
To be proficient in IT and hold strong organisational and administration skills
