As manager, you'll build professional relationships with customers whilst leading and inspiring your team to provide outstanding service. A hands-on role, you'll manage the day-to-day operations of a busy transient environment and find solutions for guest complaints.
You'll need to demonstrate success in taking a hotel operation forward on standards, budget control and staff training, as well as being well versed in health and safety procedures.
You'll also work closely with the General Manager and head chef to increase revenue. You'll be responsible for ensuring correct invoicing and ledger management, including payments, and compile weekly and period end sales reports.

You'll need at least 2 years' restaurant and bar management experience and holding a Scottish Personal Licence would be preferable. An excellent standard of written and spoken English is also required.
