RESORT DRIVER

We have an exciting opportunity for a Resort Driver to join our Guest Experience team. 

Following an extraordinary restoration to the historical 17th century Baronial mansion, Cameron House Hotel will reopen this summer offering 140 beautiful bedrooms and 24 spectacular suites. Home to 115 luxury lodges, a world-class spa with rooftop infinity pool, 18-hole championship golf course, a range of impressive restaurants and bars, a new state-of-the-art Leisure Club, 124 berth marina, and a choice of exhilarating and relaxing outdoor activities. 

For meetings and conferences, Cameron House provides a truly flexible choice of function spaces in a truly memorable setting, while our extensive corporate offering also includes a range of team-building and social activities.

The romantic setting of Loch Lomond also makes Cameron House the perfect place for spectacular weddings. We can tailor bespoke wedding for guests, from intimate celebrations and larger events for up to 400 guests, or anything in between.

THE ROLE - RESORT DRIVER

As Resort Driver, you will work as part of our large Guest Experience team.   The main scope of your role is to provide transportation throughout the resort and local area, and shuttle guests from the airport and stations, as well as the provision of valet parking. 

Some of the key duties you will be responsible for:

   Providing scheduled shuttle transfers resort wide
   Providing  transfers and other offsite transport service
   Door hosting
   Valet parking 
   Luggage services
   Guest Rooming support
   Handling guest feedback and enquiries
   Providing directions and recommendations
   Monitor and record the maintenance of cars including cleanliness, maintenance checks, refuelling and reporting any operating difficulties or damage which arises.

TO BE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY YOU WILL ALSO NEED:

   Minimum National 5 in Maths and English or equivalent qualifications
   Experience of working in hotel environment preferred, strong customer service experience essential.
   Ability to quickly build excellent working relationships with colleagues with a flexible approach to work to meet operational demand
   Exceptional interpersonal skills
   Strong communication skills verbally and in writing
   Basic IT skills with knowledge of Office software and ability to use mobile phones and technology
   Full clean UK Driving Licence
