Job Description

As Reservations Coordinator you will work in our central reservations department being the first point of contact with our customers. you will be responsible for delivering a high level of service to all our customers. Working in the central reservations department you will help maximise revenue through first class service.

We are looking for a Reservations Coordinator who is warm and friendly, has a can-do attitude and puts our customers at the heart of everything we do.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of working in a call centre or on the phone would be highly desirable.
  • Previous experience of working with Opera would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given.

The Role

As Reservations Coordinator you will work in our central reservations department being the first point of contact with our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with all incoming calls and aiming to convert all enquiries into confirmed accommodation bookings.
  • This role is very customer focused and requires excellent customer service at all times.
  • With a warm and friendly telephone manner you will handle enquiries promptly and efficiently with the overall goal of maximising sales and room occupancy rates.

The Person

You must have an excellent telephone manner, a friendly personality and have excellent accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your work. You must also have excellent administration skills as well as organisation skills.

  • You will be enthusiastic and dedicated to creating an amazing service to our guests
  • You will be able to multi-task
  • Computer Literate, with knowledge of MS Office packages and a keen interest in systems
