We're looking for a smooth operator to give our guests the best possible first impression of O'Callaghan Collection. We want you front and centre to show our guests how we've changed for the better, to become a top-flight hotelier providing accommodation experiences to remember.
We want our guests to feel completely at ease, so you'll need:
- Experience in customer service, ideally within the hotel industry
- To be someone our guests can feel comfortable talking to and trust to take care of everything during their stay
- To be immaculately turned out, with an unshakably professional and friendly demeanour
- Some experience with Opera hotel software, ideally
As the main point of contact for everyone who visits the hotel, you'll need to know our business inside out. That means being able to communicate effectively with all other hotel departments and soak up knowledge so that, whatever the query, you'll always be able to help. By delivering genuine service of this kind, you'll help build lasting relationships that will keep customers coming back.
Our guests' experience doesn't end at the hotel door, so you'll also need to be a de facto tour guide, bursting with knowledge of local attractions and nightlife. You'll be just as comfortable promoting the surrounding area as you are our in-house food and drink offers and conference packages.
