About the role
As Reception Supervisor you will ensure that all Receptions duties are carried out as laid out in the Hotel department procedures. You will ensure that at all times, a professional and efficient manner is displayed and that all enquiries, comments and complaints are handled courteously and set standards.
The successful candidate will have previous experience ideally within a hotel environment with an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills and excellent command of the English language. Previous experience with On-Que or other PMS system would be desirable.
You will also be of smart professional appearance, have extensive experience in customer care and will make guest satisfaction a priority. You will be punctual and flexible in order to meet the needs of the business and be an effective team player.
The ability to speak other languages would be desirable.
