Job Description

The Place:

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager with our client a leading 4*property in Newcastle city centre. Part of an international group, this property is a recognized name synonymous with quality and service within the industry.



The Job:

You will be managing the operational departments of this property, while improving productivity, food quality, service and increasing sales and profit throughout the Hotel, you will support the effective operational management team and work with the heads of department in achieving the revenue and guest satisfaction targets and responding to audits that are completed by the company to ensure continual improvement is achieved.



The Person:

The successful candidate will demonstrate a background within quality full service hotel environment and will have been operating at Operations Management level. You will be revenue focused and have a good understanding of the Newcastle market and culture, so previous experience within the city is required. Candidates applying need to clearly demonstrate within their CV quality progression and stability within their career. This role would ideally suit a career minded individual looking to move to the next level within two years. The Rewards:

Our client is offering a salary of up to £40,000 plus bonus, company benefits package will be offered to the right candidate.
