The Exciting Opportunity

The position of Night Team member has become available at Holiday Inn London - Camden Lock. Reporting into the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming Guests, perform check in/ check out. Assist Night Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the lobby area, reception, night room service and luggage services.
  • Demonstrate a Service' attitude and take ownership of guest's request at all times. Attends to guest's complaints and resolve it as per company standards.
  • Maintain cashier float, handle the correct billing of guest expenses and cover day shifts as per business needs.

 The successful applicant for this role will deliver excellent customer service, have a positive can do' attitude, be willing to learn and show that they care.

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who can be engaging, well presented, can maintain a positive and calm outlook, communicate well with others, can carry out instructions, is able to pay close attention to detail and will commit to providing outstanding service to our guests. Customer service experience would be a plus, but full training is provided.
