Wotton House is a 17th-century property with a long tradition of entertaining guests. What you will be doing...

  • Manage paid media campaigns that deliver ROI for Rooms, Gift Vouchers, Restaurants & Bars, Weddings
  • Create innovative packages and campaign ideas to drive revenue across Rooms, Restaurant & Bars, Weddings and Meetings & Events
  • Create a plan to consistently drive YOY gift voucher revenue
  • Work with external agencies to ensure a social media strategy is in place along with creating some of your own content
  • Create compelling copy and update the website content
  • Work with the partner PR agencies to ensure PR strategy and plans are aligned with the hotels and executed within the defined timeframe
  • Work with the hotel and PR agency to develop an awards strategy
  • Create an email calendar along with build and send of emails
  • Create initiatives to drive data capture for the hotels
  • Work with the hotel to support on any photoshoots and filming


  • Beginner/Intermediate competence in Adobe Creative Suite: In-Design & Photoshop
  • 2+ years' marketing experience ideally within hospitality, travel or marketing/ PR agencies
  • Social media marketing experience is required
  • Digital marketing experience (PPC, display ads, google analytics etc.) experience is preferred
  • PR experience is preferred
  • Creative copy writing skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • WordPress, Umbraco (or similar CMS) experience is an advantage
  • Dot Digital (or similar CRM system) experience is an advantage
  • High level of organisation and the strong ability to juggle many projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Eager to follow and introduce new trends and tools
  • Passionate about Hotels, Restaurants and Bars and Travel
  • Effective decision-making skills
  • Ability to liaise with all levels of the organisation
