A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A (insert job title here) at (insert hotel name here)
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.
you always have the right tool for the job...! Taking responsibility for the general maintenance of the property, upkeep of its facilities and the management of all the contractors, the Maintenance Manager is there to ensure that jobs are completeled efficiently to ensure that the guest expectations are met during their stay. you will be required to complete the daily jobs list and preventative maintenance Schedules with an eye for detail and a passion for fixing things.
you must meet time deadlines, take responsability for health and safety on property. you must be organised and excellent communicator.

To succeed in the role of Maintenance Manager, you will need the following qualities and skills.
Experience of working in a maintenance department of a similar quality hotel is required and knowledge of electrics and heath and safety are beneficial. Computer literacy is also key for the compliance and audit part of this role.
