A family run coastal Hotel in North Ayrshire is looking to strengthen/develop the Kitchen team with full and part time available.
The main responsibilities in this role are to deliver a great fresh Scottish and grill fayre, be involved in developing an indoor and outdoor catering experience, help ensure the profitability of the department. Comply with all health and safety regulations, train and develop members of the team where applicable, and ensure that all compliance is completed.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience within a small busy hotel/ Scottish inn, restaurant or destination café. You will be able to demonstrate a great understanding of food and current trends, have the ability to work well under pressure, and be proactive.
