This charming property is situated in the North of Norfolk with stunning views and is looking to appoint a Junior Sous Chef to join their passionate kitchen brigade.
They cater for guests on a daily basis plus special occasion functions and weddings always creating food and dishes using fresh seasonal and local sourced produce. They ensure high standards set by the Head Chef are maintained.Traditional roasts and classic cuisine plus special dishes are available and special dietary requests are catered for too. The extensive menus and the delights of their homemade desserts are certain to satisfy even the most discerning diner.
You will be working alongside the Head Chef in the daily running of the kitchen. For this Junior Sous Chef position, you must be confident in your abilities and have previous experience within a similar property. NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent
