Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly organised Administrator to join our HR department. You will ensure an accurate administrative service is provided to support the HR team and the hotels. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing new employee onboarding, including offer letters, contracts, job descriptions and personal information.
  • Provide full administrative support for the recruitment journey for all applicants through the online applicant tracking system
  • Liaise with managers and candidates regarding job offerings
  • A large part of this role will be managing and issuing uniform to new and current employees. 
  • Conduct relevant background checks
  • Process reference requests
  • Process leavers
  • Attend recruitment and industry events as necessary
  • Maintain HR system databases, including Fourth HR & Payroll system and Recruit Genie ATS
  • Handling queries from employees and managers via the HR Support email inbox 
  • Support the HR Employee Relations team with Administrative duties. 

The person

To succeed in this role you will need to have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, a friendly and approachable manner, and a strong desire to complete tasks efficiently. Equally important, you must have plenty of self-motivation and the ability to communicate at all levels. We require a flexible approach towards your duties and responsibilities and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.  The role is varied and you will therefore need to be adaptable.

Requirements

  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is essential
  • Experience of using a HR & Payroll System beneficial 
  • Previous experience in an administrative role would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of an Application Tracking System (ATS) would be beneficial
