We are looking for a Supervisor who can support the team to provide the very best experience for our customers, to feel really proud of how rooms are prepared their stay - so that when they walk in they are truly impressed by our unique and stylish bedrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising the team and ensuring standards are delivered
  • Cleaning guest rooms daily according to operational policies and standards
  • Working with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure stock and supplies are available at all time
  • Working with the Maintenance team to highlight issues and ensure rooms are returned quickly.

What we need from you

  • Experience Supervising others
  • Housekeeping experience in a hotel environment
  • A positive approach, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for producing high quality customer care.
  • Very high level of attention to detail
