A Hotel Manager is required for a stunning property on the Western Isles of Scotland, independently owned and a popular property within the local area as well as tourists from all around the world.
You will be managing the operational departments of the property, and will continually improve productivity, food quality, service and increasing sales and profit throughout the Hotel. The Hotel Manager will support the effective operational management team and will work with the heads of department in achieving the revenue and guest satisfaction targets. You will be fully responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience; you will be highly visible in the front of house operation and will spend time communicating with your guests in this leisure driven relaxed environment. As Hotel Manager you must be able to demonstrate the ability to lead, train and motivate others whilst maintaining company standards at all times.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a background within a quality Hotel F&B environment in such a location and will have been operating at Operations / Management level or looking to take on their first Hotel Manager role. Ideally, we are looking to attract an experienced “Luxury Country House or Boutique Hotel Manager or indeed a highly successful Resort House Manager, who has gained a strong commercial background and has been working closely with a revenue and reservations department. Candidates applying for this opportunity of Hotel Manager need to clearly demonstrate within their CV, progression and stability within their career as well as working in a rural location in the past.
